Paired with the ultimate 3 in 1 bench which offers leg extension, hamstring curl and arm preacher curl exercises. This setup features 4 pulleys, which is a huge convenience factor having pulleys ready for use in several different positions. The top pulleys are positioned specifically for workouts that require full extensions such as lat pull-downs and offer a 1:1 pulley ratio allowing heavy lifts. The lower pulleys are adjustable from top to bottom. The possibilities of the workouts on this trainer are endless.
